If you do not agree, do not use the Service. --- Description of the Service AI Bazooka is a web application that routes your prompts to several third-party large-language-model ("LLM") providers—currently OpenAI, Groq, Grok (xAI) and Gemini (Google)—collects their responses, displays them to you, and lets you rank or select your preferred answer. --- Third-Party LLM Providers The Service simply forwards your content to, and displays output from, third-party APIs. Content Ownership – You are solely responsible for all prompts, data and other material you submit ("User Content"). Prohibited Content – Do not submit content that is illegal, infringing, obscene, harassing, or otherwise disallowed under the policies of any linked LLM provider. Age Requirement – You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. --- Intellectual Property Our IP – All branding, UI elements, and code of AI Bazooka are owned by us or our licensors. LLM Output – Ownership and permitted use of LLM-generated output are governed by each provider's terms (see Section 2). We disclaim any ownership rights over such output. --- Privacy We transmit your prompts and related metadata to third-party LLM providers. By using the Service, you consent to such transfers and to the privacy policies of each provider (see Section 2). We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. LLM output may be inaccurate, offensive, or illegal.
